                                                                               Rules and Reminders!

 

We are asking for your help to be respectful of the campgrounds, trails, towns, and local residents while you enjoy your stay with us!

1) You must have a valid State of Colorado OHV permit and an approved spark arrested exhaust.

2) You must stay on designated trails and routes. Do NOT go off the trail for mud, snow, or obstacles. Please go through, over, or turn around.

3) You must abide by all local, state, and federal rules and regulations. There is law enforcement in the area and tickets are possible.

4) Please obey all traffic signs and speed limits. 35mph on roads and 20mph on trails.

5) We do NOT have guided rides but please attend the rider rendezvous at 7:00 pm at the rendezvous tent to connect with others regarding future rides.

6) Do NOT carry extra fuel – it is a fire hazard and there is a gas station at the Trading Post and Pitkin)

7) No campfires, fireworks, and unattended fires permitted. Propane fire pits are permitted. $1,000 fine and zero tolerance.

8) Quiet hours begin at 10pm in the dry camp and campground.

9) There is an 8mph speed limit in the campground.

10) Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times.

11) Rider Etiquette – Safety first, headlights on, use hand signals, pull over for faster groups, uphill drivers have the ROW, wait at all turns for the rider behind you, don’t leave anyone behind from your group.

12) 50” Trails are Garden Basin, Texas Lakes, Pie Plant, Lilly Pond. Please check for trail closures before you ride!

13) Tin Cup is a wonderful town and we must observe the speed limit and turn DOWN the stereos and do NOT drive all over town. Please enjoy a stroll instead.

14) Trading Post is allowing us to be here and we would LOVE to come back next year. Please be respectful, follow rules, and pick up trash.
